PC Image Editor is a powerful yet easy to use graphics editor with many professional features. This incredible program allows you to edit images from a variety of formats and enhance them using different effects. Moreover, the program features a very simple and extremely easy to use user interface which does not need any technical knowledge and makes this task a breeze. What is more, you can apply 18 filters such as Blur, Sharp, Add Noise, Diffuse, Mosaic, Twirl, Emboss,etc.; adjust colors in photos; Add image effects such as Rotate 90°, 180° and Arbitrary, Flip Horizontal and Vertical, Crop, Perspective, Skew, and etc.; to name but a few.
